4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account credentials.
GEOVIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or violation
of these Terms is detected.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, analytics models, dashboards,
trademarks, and materials provided by GEOVIX remain the exclusive property of
GEOVIX or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without
prior written consent.
6. Data and Confidentiality
Client data processed through the platform remains the
property of the client.
GEOVIX agrees to process data solely for the purpose of delivering services and
in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
7. Payment and Billing
Where applicable, clients agree to pay all fees associated
with the services provided.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEOVIX shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
the use of its services.
GEOVIX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the
platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEOVIX from any
claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the
services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
GEOVIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services
at its discretion in case of breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of
Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec,
Canada.
GEOVIX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued
use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
